Résumé:

This lecture presents the architectural specifications of DKMS, a decentralized authentication protocol, and OCA, a decentralised semantic layer, which collectively enable Accurate Data: structured datasets with cryptographically verifiable authenticity and integrity independent of storage location. We provide a technical review of the protocol stack, cryptographic key state promulgation, duplicity detection, and semantic architectures. The lecture will also point to how these technologies can be applied to the concept of digital sovereignty (e.g., Swiss E-ID, trust infrastructure) and reference related open-source projects in development.

Robert Mitwicki currently serves as Head of the Technology Council at the Human Colossus Foundation in Geneva, he drives the development of the Dynamic Data Economy (DDE) — a human-centric, decentralized framework rethinking how data is governed, secured, and exchanged in the digital age. His work focuses on building interoperable trust infrastructures, advancing applied cryptography, and contributing to international standardization efforts within CEN-CENELEC, IETF, and the Linux Foundation. Robert is a strong advocate of open-source collaboration, and actively contributes to decentralized identity standards. Driven by the belief that we are entering a new era of digital trust — one where secure, decentralized infrastructure can empower individuals, organizations, and governments to participate in a more resilient and fair digital economy.

Dr. Philippe Page serves as the Head of the Research Council at the Human Colossus Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on creating open protocols for secured large-scale data exchange. He also leads the Data Management Workpackage in the NextGen project, which aims to integrate genomic data within research workflowswith real-world data. Dr. Page holds a PhD in theoretical physics and has transitioned from a background in particle physics to roles in risk management and enterprise digital transformation. He previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at a Geneva-based private bank, where he oversaw key operational strategies.
