Watermarking is now becoming a standard tool for copyright protection. While many claims about robustness of algorithms have been made, it would appear that many algorithms are still weak against a number of attacks. We have now developed the Checkmark utility as a framework for benchmarking watermarking algorithms. The goal of this project is to work on new attacks against watermarking schemes and test the attacks against several existing technologies. These attacks will be integrated into the Checkmark package.
