Registration Fees

There are different modalities of registration fees for APPROX+RANDOM 2014; all of them include the participation to all sessions on September 4-6, coffee breaks, lunches and the social dinner. The registration fees for APPROX+RANDOM 2014 are described in the following table:

APPROX+RANDOM - Student registration fee   200 euros   225 euros   250 euros

Acompanying persons can attend the social dinner, which will take place on Friday September 5th. Additional tickets for the social dinner are available at 60 euros.

Notice that for each accepted paper, at least one author must register.

Forms of Payment

Registration payment can be done only with credit card, except for the on-site registration, which has to be payed in cash.

  • Please, take into account:

    • UPC will be closed from August 1st to 25th. Please do not send any registration form by fax during this period.

    • In case of a student registration, please send us also an official justification of your student condition (signed by your University or supervisor) together with the registration from.


Fees will be returned after deducing the bank costs for any written cancellation received before August 27th, 2014. No refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.


In case you need an invitation to apply for a visa for coming to Spain, please contact the organizing committee as soon as possible.
