M.Sc.,
Electrical and Computer EngineeringUniversity of Tehran, 2006
Ph.D., Computer Science, University of Geneva, 2007-present

Research Interests: Human computer Interface, Medical signal and image processing, Pattern recognition
My current research is about emotion assesment with physiological signals. I have some experiences in image processing, and Neuroimaging (fMRI analysis) from my previous academic studies and non-academic jobs I did.
I like travelling (a lot), nature, music and Football (soccer), I am not a sportman at all, but I like athletes;) and I like outdoor sports in nature like climbing, hiking, which I do. My desktop OS is Ubuntu which I really like and looks great but it is somehow annoying when you want to use its sound mixers (This is the only major problem remain with all linux based user interfaces)
My favorite football club is Persepolis (Tehran, Iran)
The list of non-affeliated (affeliated with my Ex University, University of Tehran) national and international publications is given in the following paragraph.
