Directions

From Logan airport, we highly recommend taking a taxi. You can also take the subway, called the T in Boston. You can find general information at www.mbta.com.

To get to MIT CSAIL or to the hotels from the airport, catch the subway bus to the airport terminal. Take the Blue line to Government center; switch to the Green Line, to Park Street; switch to the Red Line, to Central Square for Le Merdien hotel and to Kendall/MIT station for the Kendall Hotel or for the MIT CSAIL.
Also, see Directions to CSAIL. For more information about the hotels, please see also the accomodation page.
It may also be possible to fly into other nearby airports, such as Providence, which has bus service to the South Station T stop, on the Red Line. (The bus takes a little over 1 hour; then take the Red Line to Central Square..)Trains from New York also arrive at the South Station T stop, on the Red Line. (Take the Red Line to Central Square.)
